AREA OF GREATEST NEED

Throw an event where funds support any Adopt-A-Minefield clean-up or survivor assistance program, where ever support is most needed. (Click to learn more).

Night of a Thousand Dinners (N1KD) is a global fundraiser, where individuals host widely diverse events to raise money for mine clearance. This reclaims land to grow food. Thus, breaking bread with friends and neighbors creates an ability for others to break bread from food grown on otherwise dangerous and unusable land.

N1KD includes any gathering, cocktail party, barbeque, wine tasting or luncheon between March 1 and April 30 -- even into May -- held to support Adopt-A-Minefield projects.

CLUSTER BOMB CLEANUP

Throw an event to cleanup cluster munitions -- or "bomblets" that did not explode upon impact. These canisters are particularly attractive to children and they continue to kill indiscriminately long after fighting has ended. (Click to learn more)

SUPPORT PROGRAMS IN AFRICA

Throw an event to fund Adopt-A-Minefield cleanup efforts and survivor programs in countries like Angola, Ethiopia and Mozambique. (Click to learn more).
